Returns Policy


Returns and Cancellations

Omnipro does at our discretion accept returns within 7 days of the receipt of product.
All returns are at our sole discretion and must be agreed to by us in advance of the return.

All returns to us are subject to 45% restocking fee.
All order cancellations are subject to 25% order cancellation fee.

All returns must be accompanied with a valid Return Authorisation Number on the shipping label.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns that:

  • Are incomplete or missing parts; or
  • Are not returned in their original packaging,
  • Show signs of physical damage to the product or its packaging.
  • Do not include a valid Return Authorisation Number on the shipping label.
  • Have an expired Return Authorisation Number.

All costs incurred in returning the product to us are purchaser’s responsibility. It is purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that all products are suitably packaged in order to prevent damage during return shipping. We accept no responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit. It is purchaser’s responsibility to insure them.

Omnipro will at its sole and absolute discretion determine whether any warranty applies to any fault claimed in respect of the product and if we determine that the warranty applies we will at our sole and absolute discretion either:

  • Repair or replace the product and return the product to the purchaser at the purchaser’s expense freight pre-paid; or
  • Refund to the purchaser the purchase price upon return of the product. Omnipro will not be responsible for any indirect or consequential loss of the purchaser and the warranty given extend only to the original purchaser.
